¿Why is bad the junk food?

Eating Junk food is bad for our health, because it is only bad fat for our body. First "Junk food is used to describe food and drinks low in nutrients (e.g. vitamins, minerals and fibre) and high in kilojoules, saturated fat, added sugar and/or added salt. They are also known as discretionary choices. "JunkFood(s.f.).They are also known as discretionary choices. Second, apart from not being nutritious, it increases the rate of overweight, diabetes and heart disease. Third, there is liver damage, sleep apnea, breathing problems and especially accelerates the aging process in people.Thus if peolple continue eating funk food them lives are going to be in risk and in the future they will have many problems for not taking care of yourself in food.

I also believe that we should consume less junk food, since it can be very harmful to health, due to its high content of sugars, salts, cholesterol, fats, etc. And people should eat more healthy food, as it provides fiber, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals necessary for the body's performance.   4. You are right, because eating junk food can bring us many problems for our health and our body. Since this type of food does not bring us anything good and only hurts us, no matter how delicious it is.   6. I agree with you junk food is no really good for our health, because even if it is really delicious it has lots of thing that are bad for our bodies. But eating a little in small quantities is not bad, you just can do exercise and eat healthy food most of the time and that is how you can keep a perfect balance for your health.

  8. I agree with you, but in some cases you could eat some if its not addictive, if its addictive you have to change of food if dont you can eat it, but it could affect your health
